It was not a good experience at all. Upon entrance I was told to go downstairs, which I did. The receptionist was not at the desk, so I've waited for 15 minutes, and decided to go change in the hope that she will be there upon my return. The cubicles were not very clean, one of them had a leftover pizza box and a jar of pickles (?). So I've changed and returned to the reception. She was still not there. I've decided to go to the sauna for 20 minutes and sort out my robe, slippers and towel after that. The receptionist never came back. So I've decided to use the steam room, but found a notice on the door that it was not working. Receptionist was still not back but I ran into a masseuse and asked whether I could get a towel as I was wet from the sauna and shower. The masseuse said that I need to ask for the towel upstairs and that it is not something they would just offer. Even though I was wet and in my two piece bikini, the lady never offered me to get one herself, and I was reluctant to go all the way up as it was close to the entrance doors and I felt really uncomfortable... so I had to grab a used towel from the towel bin and use a little piece of it which was not wet... it was truly a horrible experience and I would not go back, but for those who want a sauna session for a tenner, it may be worth it. Just bring your own water (which was not refilled at the 'spa'), towel, slippers, robe and enough zen to get you through it.

The salon is really nice and clean. Staff were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. This Treatment isn't relaxing (obviously!), but the therapist did her best to make me as comfortable as possible. Would definitely recommend!

Guess it might be good for facials, massages etc. but not for nails, mani and padi got ruined before even leaving the venue, no nail dryer...
Plus some mishap with double booking, the whole service felt a bit rushed (1 hour combined instead 45min each).
Wouldn't recommend for nail treatments, better to go to any other nail dedicated salon in Soho...

The place is lovely and the price is an absolute bargain for the location. But the staff who did my massage didn't seem to know what she's doing, not putting any pressure on the massage at all and almost burned my back with too-hot stone and the way she handled it.
