Good place to relax when you're in central London. Steam room wasn't working when I went, contact number provided never picked up which was frustrating when trying to re-arrange appointment.

I had booked for 10.30 am and the staff arrived at 11:00 am. No one had contact me to tell me the steam room was out of order. The staff from the spa and the center was very friendly, they helped me to sort it out and I was finally able to swim.
I didn't like the ambiance because it was not as I want a spa experience to be : for example, if you want to access the sauna after swimming, you have to walk a long way. I don't thing I'll visit again.
