Great as always, staff are really welcoming and wax itself was thorough but speedy!
Overall I enjoyed my visit to the spa; the staff on reception were friendly and the steam and sauna rooms clean and importantly hot.
My major gripe was that venue was not a relaxing space to unwind. The seating area in the spa was rather noisy as it backed onto reception and storage rooms. Plus the cramped changing facilities are shared with the gym and swimming pool which isn't ideal.
