Nawsheen was lovely. The experience was relaxing from the moment I arrived. Products smelled delicious and my skin felt amazing afterwards. Drifted off to sleep a few times, so very relaxing! My only comment for improvement would be that the music was on a constant loop and that became irritating towards the end of the hour.
The spa itself looks nice and clean. The beautician was very friendly and did a great job and I would recommend this place.
Lovely facial, sadly held up by a few mistakes (towel warmer not being on, staff not having the right equipment). Staff were very apologetic for the delay, and my face felt great afterwards.
Great experience as always at this spa, wax was speedy and the staff are really friendly.
