We had a good afternoon at the spa however the steam room, which I was hoping to use the most, was out of service. I received a call about it on the day and could reschedule but it was too late for me to change my plans. We were offered to use the pool instead which was fair.

Experience was great but my nails chipped within 2 days and within a week 5 have chipped/come off and having to get them taken off. I emailed the salon but haven't received a reply so not happy with the overall service and product. Would not go back.

Good massage with the masseuse asking which areas I wanted the treatment to predominantly focus on. The only thing I would say is that the location of the front desk is quite far from the entrance and the chattering therapists on the sofa that is next to the entrance door does not mean you feel fully welcome as it's not apparent at first where you need to go and who you should speak to to register your arrival.

Nice massage but lady had long nails. It's not a nice feeling when you feel nails on your back...
