Treatments:I had two treatments: a full leg wax and a Hollywood wax.
Standard and star rating: The Hollywood wax was done to a much higher standard than the leg wax. I gave my Hollywood wax 4 stars because a few stray hairs were missed but otherwise it would have scored 5 stars. However, I was very disappointed with my leg wax and only gave it one star because lots of hairs were missed (both front and back of legs but particularly on the backs of my legs). I have taken 2 photos - one showing lots of the hairs missed and the other showing a whole patch of hairs which were missed behind my knee. The full leg wax was very disappointing but as I say, the Hollywood wax was much better.
Cleanliness: it appeared clean and hygienic.
Ambience: I personally like to have my treatments in a room with a lovely ambience eg some places where I have been play relaxing music but this didn't so the ambience wasn't there for me, hence my scoring.
In terms of staffing, Martina seemed nice and I have scored staffing a mid value of 3 stars due to the low quality of leg waxing but better quality of Hollywood waxing.
