Person who done my treatment was lovely but unfortunately the treatments wasn’t great. I had done my SNS nails, classic pedicure and eyebrow tint. Is not much colour what you can choose for your nails (I couldn’t much colour for my Nails on the hands and nails at the feet) shape of the nails wasn’t the same on all the nails, including my nail on my feet. After couple of hours my shellac start coming off from the SNS, they wasn’t colour powder for SNS you could choose shellac on top. Day after whole SNS break and hurting my natural nails. Colour of my eyebrows wasn’t great either. I’m very disappointed with whole treatments, do not recommended.

The beautician was very friendly but swore a few times, this was fine with me but may not be with everyone. I had lash extensions but was not offered a patch test and as it was my first time having them I didn't know I should have one. I also booked for brow wax and tint but my brows didn't get tinted at all (but I was charged the full price). I also had lots of stray hairs left after the wax that I had to pluck myself at home.
