I had a leg wax and 60-min massage. Louise was skilled and welcoming, but the massage bed is unsuitable and caused me injury. It’s angled so knees are raised, forcing the spine into an unnatural curve when face down. Despite my complaint of sharp pain, only a cushion was added and I wasn’t repositioned and spent an hour face down. I’ve since suffered severe sciatica and SI joint issues and spent £100s on osteopaths and chiropractors! Salon, please replace the bed to prevent others being harmed.
