I thought the technician was absolutely lovely. Super friendly and warm. I really liked the way she did my nails but the very next day, they began chipping and now (after four days) I only have nail varnish on two nails. It has peeled off the other ones. It’s such a shame as I was really hoping to go back to this place.

It was okay, really nothing special, but the therapist was late because she was chatting to previous client with the door wide open to waiting area! The head massage part was basically pointless - she didn’t actually put any pressure at all on my head, it was like having my hair stroked! Wouldn’t bother again.
