Overall pleased with my treatments, however felt uncomfortable with other staff observing throughout. While I understand that observation is important for staff learning new skills, this wasn’t a relaxing experience. Also issue with booking too.

salon was running late - nearly 15mins.
Lily is nice but my manicure was rushed-hands weren’t put in water to soften cuticles so 3 fingers bled.
I’ve used this salon before (great prices & late availability) but I was disappointed with this visit.
