Avoid this salon! Very unprofessional- my appointment was delayed by 30mins and the lash tech left my appointment multiple times (meaning it took her 2hrs45mins to complete my lashes, not 2hrs as expected) and on one occasion she came back eating whilst trying to do my lash extensions. I was completely disgusted, as I could hear her chewing and could smell the food. I have no issue with staff having to get some food during an appointment, but she should’ve just communicated that she needs to pop out and food should’ve been eaten in a different room, hands washed afterwards etc. I was unhappy with my lashes, but didn’t want to address it in the salon, as there were other clients in there and I didn’t think it was fair to make negative comments in front of them. Instead, I called them as soon as I left and asked them to fix my lashes. Despite the salon not closing for another 30mins, they told me they’re closing now and wouldn’t be able to help me. I tried to call and email the following few days and they completely ignored me. They also overcharged me by £10. I saw they took the lash tech off the schedule after I complained, presumably so she could complete more training. There are a lot of great salons on the high st, please don’t waste your money here.

Very nice staff some relaxing music would be good and more moisturising cream with a little massage would improve the experience but overall very good

Lovely salon with fab staff. Did a fantastic job with my balayage and cut. Eyebrow threading was great too. I would definitely recommend and will return. Thanks so much ladies!! xxx
