Pleasant salon, polite staff, I felt comfortable liked the outcome. felt it was a little more expensive than I expected but maybe I'm not up to speed on costs. I would go there again.

This salon is open on a Sunday, which you rarely find anywhere else so it’s great to have that option.
I’ve visited this salon various times for different treatments & have no complaints about the service I have received but I know that has not always been the case for others.
Unfortunately whilst I was there, a lady came in for an appointment that she had booked & paid for she via Treatwell but the stylist she had booked wasn’t working that day. I know this has happened to others as they have left reviews stating that.
It’s such a shame that this error on the salon’s part (not updating stylists availability) is adversely affecting their reputation.

My colour should of been on 30 min as just the roots. The stylist washed, cut + dried another persons hair. My dye was left on for over an hour + 15 minutes. Due to this there was no time to properly cut or dry my hair. The cut is blunt + uneven
