The interior of the shop is well presented and clean. I got to shop at 10.55am and left just before 1.30pm. Treatwell said my appointment would finish at 12.15pm which lead me to miss my appointment I had booked at 1pm. There was no explanation or apologies for this delay until I had brought it up.
