Arrived and had to wait 30 minutes for my appointment then she quickly did the manicure in about 10 minutes, rushing before seeing the next customer. The manicure was poor and only lasted about 6 days before it started chipping.

Please do NOT book in for a lash lift. Really sad with the state if my lashes. Lashes are ruined. Was not asked for the style of lash lift, she used the incorrect template and because my lashes are long they now clurl backwards into my lid twice and stick into my lid when opening my eyes. They were overprocessed and 2 months later are curled indifferent directions. Sorry will not go back

Had a Hollywood wax here for the first time the girl was lovely and chatty made me feel comfortable tho she used a roll on wax tool which I’ve never had in other places so wasn’t sure if the tops were changed which seemed a bit of a red flag already and place looked a bit tacky and run down sorry wouldn’t come back

They were changing between seeing me and the other client. Didn’t speak in English to eachother, rarely spoke to me. Just started touching my hair without explaining anything. No sanitisation. Kept coughing and sneezing in my face. was rude when I said it was cut slightly too short, didn’t listen to what I really wanted. Told me I had to get more off because my hair was dead. Ignored me when I walked in the door. I wish I didn’t pay on Treatwell so I could get a tefund. Won’t be going back
