Arrived at 3pm for an eyebrow threading appointment that was booked for 3pm on Treatwell. Mary is the only person who can do threading in the salon and wasn’t there. They then offered to wax my face - a young girl with clearly no experience used a wax stick that had clearly been used on others all over my face. My skin is ripped raw and have cuts everywhere. They then charged me £7 more than what I was initially meant to because of their own fault. Ridiculous. Would avoid as not professional.

Came in with naturally blonde hair with full head highlights. Showed a pic or myself with lighter full head highlights was told this wouldn’t work on my hair .. despite it being me in the pic. Was then given a full head of bleach including my roots Olaplex was used without asking I was charged £120 rather than the £70 I booked in for. no toner used leaving it bright yellow! Have since gone to another hairdresser to correct it. All the staff spoke another language v uncomfortable experience
