The shop was very quiet when I was in - so i was taken within 5 minutes of arriving. I am easily pleased when it comes to my hair - but I Had a great cut - as I was getting at least 5/6 inches cut off. I will be back

The stylist didn't use scissors to cut my hair but thinning shears, didn't trim my fringe or tidy up the hair round my ears and neck properly. Bad communication was the main problem as the stylist didn't have a good enough command of English
