Tried to overcharge me. I had booked a child’s cut for my 11 year old daughter was told it would be £15. So I paid online when making the booking. Arrived at the hairdresser, who progressed to cut my daughters hair and only after she finished told me I had to pay the difference as she wasn’t a child and was charging me £27 - almost double the agreed price. I had to fight and argue to get them to uphold their initial price. Haircut wasn’t that great.

Treatments where done promptly eyebrows where threaded and not waxed as booked but was fine, no sanitisation was done in the salon which put me off a little but probably would come back as I carry my own hand sanitiser
