This was my first time doing a hollywood wax treatment so I was a little nervous. Mary was great at helping me feel relaxed (we chatted and laughed at times), a warm lady with very good technique! Pricewise very good as well. I’d go back again!

Brow threading/tinting done well, but eyelash lift a disaster. Didn’t get a tint on eyelashes, and as mine very fair couldn’t see end result properly until got home. Have had lash lift done here by other people and been very satisfied, but this time lashes are all over the place. They feel brittle to the touch, making me scared they might break, and some are pointing backwards onto my eyelids, some are crossing over each other, some point inward /outward/ straight ahead or crimped!Never again!

Arrived and had to wait 30 minutes for my appointment then she quickly did the manicure in about 10 minutes, rushing before seeing the next customer. The manicure was poor and only lasted about 6 days before it started chipping.
