Booked 2 treatments. Pedicure &manicure. Essentially it a polish nails job - no pedicure (cuticles/ foot scrub etc) ; ditto with the manicure. An extra £10 on top to take gel polish off. Both treatments together allocated 1 & 3/4 hours on website. Was in and out in under 1 hour. Paint job on nails fine. No frills. Perhaps the website could make clearer what to expect. My past pedicure experience has been about the foot - not just painting toe nails. Will know though for next time.
