I’m so sorry to have had to ask for a refund but I looked at it properly when I got home and found it was really uneven and much shorter than I had asked for. I had long hair and asked for a trim, it’s shoulder length and really unbalanced in length. I called and said I’m sorry but I want a refund to get it fixed somewhere else. They offered to do it but I don’t feel confident in that and want it done somewhere else. Went through Treatwell to request refund and attached photos and video

Took my 11 year old niece to get a her hair cut. Her hair was really long and she wasn't managing it well. But she was nervous about it and still wanted long hair. Mary reassured her and made her feel comfortable the whole time. My niece loved the finished result 😊
