Took 23 minutes start to finish. It looked pretty bad in the salon and I was alarmed that she didn't wash my hair properly or section it, or check it was even or show me the back of it with a mirror after she was raced round it with scissors but I didn't want to be rude so politely left. I washed and straightened it at home and could've cried - so uneven, sections are 1.5inches longer than others, literally looks hacked not cut. No way I'd go back and I'll be complaining directly to treatwell.

My first appointment with Mary was amazing!the whole experience-very personal. Also, made sure my hair was done properly. I did not enjoy my second appointment(other girl) which was so rushed and girls were talking between themselves. I felt unwelcom
