The staff were very friendly - but the haircut was not what I asked for at all. I just wanted a trim - they have cut lots more off than I wanted and added in some very short blunt layers to the front of my hair which look terrible.

Overall my experience was fantastic! My stylist put a lot of time and effort into making sure that the treatment was well distributed throughout my hair, which is very long and thick. I’ve been at salons before where they’ve just tried to get it on as fast as possible and the results haven’t been as good, so this was very promising. My hair feels super smooth and is very straight. I’m very excited to see the results in a few days when I’m allowed to wash it! I’ll leave another review then, but for now if the treatment is effective this is excellent value for money!
P.S. you have to wear a face mask because the treatment is very strong smelling when it goes on but it was very funny
