I booked my appointment for the morning of January 7th. The lady asked me to pay a deposit first and told me that the treatment required a consultation. I asked her to send me the payment link for the deposit and said I was happy to proceed with the consultation.
About five minutes after this conversation, they cancelled my appointment. It was my birthday, and I had to cancel all my plans for the rest of the evening.
