Threading was very efficient, but rather painful (which I was expecting!). However the person threading wasn’t the most welcoming, and spilt antibacterial gel on me (which is used as cooling gel). Efficiency is paramount I suppose

I was advised to go for the gel manicure so that i could have a quicker process, despite being more expensive. I explained earlier to Reetu that I would have to remove the polish in a weeks time due to having to wash so I can pray again (I'm muslim). She said she understood. Before I left i asked her whether its just normal nail polish remover to remove the gel polish to which she advise that I would have to pay for the removal and couldn't do it at home. I also left with three bloody cuticles.

I am overall happy with my nails. This is a no frills place but Shima did a good job and assisted me in selecting good colour based on my preferences. There was no need for shaping nails or cutting cuticles as I was told they were in a good place already, so I hope the results will stay long enough.
