A very thorough wash, and blow dry. The lady who washed my hair was very friendly. While the shop is not high end, there is a lovely breeze that goes out from the back, and plenty of light. .An even 'better' would be an offer of a tea or coffee, and putting some product in the ends. Otherwise, a good value.
Staff lovely but over-booked. My hair gets rather knotty as it is curly (and coloured) but the hairdresser didn't have the time to comb it slowly so I ended up with half my hair on the brush. She was very rushed and it wasn't deliberate but I have needed to treat my hair since.
