Overall, a great wax. I had to wait a while due to the previous appointment over-running but the beautician was apologetic and this couldn't be helped. As for the wax itself, this was great - very thorough (not always the case with a Brazilian/Hollywood wax) and I would definitely return and recommend to friends!

I came to relieve my back and neck pain so I chose Deep Tissue Massage, but all I got was just gentle touching of my back. The movements were too fast and too soft and it wasn't at all relaxing. Also, in a room right next to me were some people loudly talking so the environment was not very accommodating. The masseuse was on the other hand very nice and friendly.

Long wait for appointment despite having booked and being on time. Very disorganised venue. Also was charged £5 for cuticle maintainemce despite not being told this would be extra. Overall finish quite poor and patchy. Would not recommend.
