I wanted to go for the £20 Deluxe Pedicure deal that was quoted on their website Special Offers section, but arrived and was told I could only have the standard one as the offers were no longer on (there was no expiry date on the website). The girl was nice and started my pedi and had a cup of tea brought over. I was given nail colour choices (standard varnish) but part way through my pedi I had my saucer and tea on my lap and the lady lifted my leg up, spilling the tea all over me. Luckily it was just warm not boiling. I had to hair dryer my crotch which was pretty funny but it was very inconvenient as I had to then go home and change my whole outfit - luckily I wasn't wearing anything that would stain.
I also had some outgrown shellac on maybe 7 toes and was only told there would be a £5 charge after this had already been removed.
The lady was nice and apologetic about the tea but no discount was offered and I had to pay the full £25. For me, this is a lot of money for a pedicure with no hard skin removal and an accident thrown in. Would have been very happy if I had been given the deal advertised on the website (now removed).
From a customer service perspective I wouldn't return unfortunately. I feel something should have been offered.
Excellent haircut.Very precise. Good value. My hair was cut by Gyna who was very careful and accurate when cutting my hair. I will definitely come back.
