I regularly have Brazilian waxes but found this to be my most painful experience in years. I opted for hot wax as this is usually less painful, but to the contrary, the therapist tried to complete the wax in three huge strips, causing the wax to resist, hairs to break instead of root removed, and incredible pain to me. The therapist then had to resort to strip to capture all the hairs she had missed... I wouldn't recommend paying more for hot wax.
Further, therapist was part way through having her hair washed when she served me so had hair in a towel - !! Admittedly I did book the appointment 45mins before, but you would have thought there would be more professionalism regardless!
