The staff were very friendly and welcoming, however I'm not sure if it was my difficulty explaining or their difficulty understanding but I was left with a hair cut I didn't particularly like and a blow dry where my hair felt flat as before. The shampoo used made my hair very matted and I had to have my hair brushed to be pulled straight (not sure how much hair I lost). I feel the experience could have been improved if the stylist had simply explained what was happening not after it had been done (like after that shampoo was used it was mentioned I probably shouldn't have had it because my hair had been previously highlighted).
Mehula- She did threading without much pain, First time I couldn't feel worse while getting my upper lips done. I have a very sensitive skin
