Dipti was very welcoming and friendly. She spoke to me about how was going to use a mixture of strip wax and hot wax to ensure that most of my hair was removed. She was very thorough!

I am absolutely appalled by how long the express pedi and manicure was. I booked for 5:15 and left at 8:30. The lady doing my nails had no idea what she was doing. I kept having to point out the coats of polish being uneven and patchy. She messed up my toes. I had a reference video and if only I could show you what I left with! I paid £70 for botched hands. I cried when I left. Yes one of the ladies tried fixing it but they just didn’t know what they were doing. Will have to fix elsewhere.
