Great customer service . Had a lovely chat with the ladies and a nice cup of tea offered to me! Extensive cuticle work included and a great scrub and massage - wasn't treated as in and out customer , with the full hour spent on me. The ladies lingered for a chat and I wasn't rushed out the door to make room for the next customer. Would definitely go back!!

Good gel nails infill at a reasonable price. Technician wasn't able to extend a broken nail so left somewhat lop sided. Was offered a cup of tea which was nice. Didn't ise drill files which was a nice change.

First visit at the venue - clean and staff were welcoming. Must say I left feeling slightly disappointed though - nails were not buffed, nail colour was laid thickly and as mentioned by another reviewer you have to get up mid-treatment to wash your hands!
They were happy for me to stay longer to ensure my nails had dried. After one day my nails were chipped and on two fingers a chunk of varnish had even peeled off ! I think this might be either due to the nail varnish used, it was layered on too thickly or wasn't dry enough in between coats.
Don't think I will be returning to this salon, although they do offer many other treatments that may be worth a try.
