Horrible experience. requested to cut my nails as half of them were broken, they said they’ll fix it and keep it long. Less than a week later, half broke causing a lot of pain. Went back and asked them to fix it as I just paid £50 for a manicure that didn’t last a week. Instead of it being free of charge, they charged me an extra £20. And - worst part - after I asked again to cut them all short, they forced the BIAB gel and blamed me for going for “Shellac”. My nails have broken yet again. Sad.
