I feel bad writing this but the use of the drill and the way all those acrylic particles were being allowed to make a mess on everyone and anything made me deeply uncomfortable. There seemed to be no serious procedures in place to protect staff and customers. I was also cut on two nails. I was late and they were very nice about it. I explained I still needed to leave on time so ''to do what you can''. It's possible that the therapist felt pressure to cut corners as a result of my request.
