Booked in for a paraffin treatment for my feet, it included a pedicure too, got 2 texts and 3 missed calls the day before the scheduled appointment to ask that I come in that day instead, so I juggled a few things around. My foot was held against the hot outside of the wax pot subsequently burning my heel, I was left to sit while she did whatever for 20 mins , not even offered a drink, turns out the pedicure wasn’t to remove hard skin as previously thought, it did nothing! Over Charged to boot!
