Absolutely exceptional person centred approach to individuals. Staff are welcoming, kind and supportive to needs ensuring we got the best of the best treatment and service. Very clean and relaxing. Went previously with family, could not resist went back again with family. Personality one of a kind of manager . Will be keeping as my usual retreat place.

Really disappointed in Masa Hammam. My appointment was 30 minutes late (apparently the masseuse was running late and hadn’t even turned up to work yet). Eventually another member of staff did the massage. I paid for a 40 minute massage and was assured it would still be that length even though it was half an hour late, but massage only lasted for 30 minutes. Massage itself was pretty good and masseuse nice. Other staff half apologised but didn’t really seem to care. Won’t be going back.
