We travelled from London and booked in advance. The staff were very accommodating and helpful whilst booking. We thoroughly enjoyed both the hammam and massage. Nothing felt too much for them and we really appreciated the care we got.
Really had a great experience. The massage was brilliant. Shima did a great job making me feel comfortable and asked if the pressure was ok when doing the massage. I liked that I wasn’t expected to rush off straight after the massage and was given a drink which I really appreciated

Venue was a little difficult to find as I was visiting Manchester. All staff were very efficient and professional. They made me feel very valued and took care of me and my daughter
