My mother in law bought me this as a gift for my birthday, I Had a wonderful experience visiting masa hammam the staff were very welcoming and polite. The treatments I received were very relaxing and perfect to help relax and take the daily stresses of work away.
I would highly recommend visiting masa hammam or gifting it to someone too.

A for effort, but slightly disorganised with lack of clear instructions. The place is on the small size. I did not feel that is provided the Arabian ambience, theme or experience of an Arabian Hamama. But A for effort.

Have visited massa hammam many times and have always felt comfortable and relaxed there. The staff are welcoming and makes you feel comfortable

The service was good but did not enjoyed the steaming session as it was cold, the staff did not set the steaming early enough to get a warm temperature
