The lady that did my face threading was absolutely nice and very professional. She made sure I was happy and we had a lovely chat together definitely will ask for her next time.

Was never told about what was being used on my face just in case I was unable to use it Because I didn't know the staff had been charged. I said I just was asking she said I didn't have to stay which was a shock I was just put in a mood also when I got home I still had to be on my face as the mud was under my chin and on the side of my face and in my ear. So I feel I didn't get the same treatment that I had of my 2 pass visit.
