On first entering the building seemed a little small and not very luxurious but everything was spotless and staff were great. I have MS and they were excellent at adapting to my needs and helping me to move around and turn over, without being intrusive or patronising. I felt very safe and enjoyed the whole experience. My skin feels silky smooth now
