Olivia had to remove a forest from my body due to lock-down accumulation - this did not phase her one bit! This was my first visit, and I would describe myself as fussy, nervous and body conscious. Olivia made me feel welcome and relaxed and was friendly and professional. Highly recommended and I will definitely be booking again 😊
