Good facility, very clean and hospitable treatment rooms. Massage therapist seemed unsure of himself at times but massage was good and he worked with me to locate the sorest spots and work through them.

The massage takes place in broad day light with plenty of noise from the high street down below, so not at all a relaxing environment. I have an injury which I asked the massage therapist to avoid, which he forgot to do. The consequence was that the injured area swelled up again, so this relaxing massage set me back in my path to recovery - I'd rate this as a very bad experience.
The massage table is squeaky and shabby (paint is flakey), and you're invited to lay down on a table paved with sheets of paper towels, which isn't the nicest, softest surface. After the massage finishes, I was asked to step down on sheets of paper towels so as to not leave oil stains on the floor, but the paper towels were already dirty.
When I arrived, there was a consultation taking place in the reception area (one man was asked to describe his back pain problems in the common reception area - plenty of privacy to go around for all of us...).
No attention to detail & unprofessional therapists. I do not recommend this place.

An amazing massage to relieve tension (deep tissue) and very satisfying results. The masseuse Fergus made sure he was communicating each step of the way and listened well to what I wanted to achieve. Staff were professional, the place was warm and clean and everything ran on time. Would definitely visit again.

The deep tissue massage was exactly what I needed tackeled all my problem areas. Would recommend if you have problem areas you need worked on .
