Fergus is clearly a talented masseuse but this wasn’t a great experience. He talked to me during the first 10 minutes of the massage which made it less than relaxing, and left the room twice during the treatment to check if he had someone in coming after me. The treatment was only actually 50 minutes after all the form filling and chat which didn’t feel like good value for money. Sort those things out and I’m sure the experience would be much better!
