I actually had a deep tissue massage. It was wonderful and has made dramatic difference. Fergus explained throughout exactly what he was doing. I will definitely need more work on my shoulder, but I’m really happy to have found an excellent location to continue healing my shoulder.

Fergus was great, my rock solid shoulders now feel a bit more malleable and I will be back soon to continue treatment. Not relaxing but so worth it now that I don't have a stiff neck and back
