Deep Tissue Massage
This was the first time I tried myofascial release therapy, so can't compare it to other therapists. It seems a potentially promising treatment for my severe muscle tension problems, and I was very pleased with Andrew's diagnostic, individually-tailored approach. No one-size-fits-all! I will need longer to make a proper judgement of its suitability for people with my medical condition, but intend to return for another session, and would recommend it to others as worth a try.
Myofascial Release Therapy
Just had a fantastic deep tissue massage and myofascial remedial treatment for my back and arm from Andrzej. He's amazing.
I have been having back pain for 8 years. And was visiting a lot of doctors and did a lot of treatments. But nothing was helped. And I so happy that I finally found the right person who helped me to solve my back problems. Highly recommend Andrew. He is brilliant.
