I'd been suffering all week with a pain in my back and by Saturday really need to get it sorted! My treatment was incredibly individual to my need and really focused on the areas of my back that were struggling. I also got practical advice about stretches to add to my exercise routine to ensure this didn't happen again.

I have experienced many sport massages claimed by Therapists and Hotels to be great but ended up being nothing more than rubbing me down harder than usual. Hands down the most educational, professional, sense of real wellbeing and progress of my muscular issues experienced. After a brief talk it felt tailored to my needs and problem areas.
The session did not feel rushed with a brief talk after my session helping me to understand more about issues found. I was treated like an Athlete.
After a couple of days rest I hit the gym and destroyed it, joints and muscle groups in my shoulders and back felt stronger than before where they would normally give way after 8reps on the 2nd set. 3rd set full reps completed.
Will definitely continue to see Mr Prim and have already recommended to family who work out.
