I usually hate massages as a waste of time and money but Prim really knew what he was talking about and i feel like this might have actually helped relieve some of my ongoing tension. Will definitely be going back!

I couldn't recommend Prim more! From his massage techniques and recommended stretching after care, following 2 sessions my long term chronic upper back pain has improved significantly. Prim is extremely knowledgable, attentive and got to the root of the problem instantly. I haven't had a better massage and won't look to going anywhere else!
