Ellie was great! Listened to my concerns and addressed them all. The massage was only 30mins but made big difference

I have to wait for my appointment a week after first cancellation due to covid and later finding out that I can't be treated on the day as I need to be seen by physio instead.
I was offered to make another appointment or cancel to have my money back if possible
