Didn’t get Alicia , I didn’t get that notification upfront, was told that on arrival , very rudely, I bought 30 mins , 30 mins free , only got 30 mins , no apologies, receptionist rudely carried on with another person while trying to sort my booking , got in 40 mins late ! My misses has terminal illness , I wanted to chill and relax and escape, honestly I was worse for going there , horrendous and I’m absolutely stressed to death with what happened!!!
Very easy booking and great service.
