I’d been suffering tightness and pain from lots of exercise throughout lockdown - deep tissue massage with Lana really sorted this out, booked in for 2 further sessions following some really good advice from her too. Exercise has been much easier since!

Very nice massage, I felt a lot better afterwards. The therapist was very reassuring about my knee pain and gave me some helpful advice. Overall great experience.
