Excellent massage that got deep into the problem areas. Short consultation first it was my first visit. They knew what they were doing and knew better than I did the type of massage I required. Left me feeling tender for around 48 hours post massage but with much less tension. Definitely plans on going back for another session in around 4 weeks as advised.
