My therapist was Ellie not Daisy, that was the only main issue with the booking, I had to rearrange it but couldn’t do it online and had to call a booking number who obviously didn’t pass on all the details to the clinic. I ended up with two bookings but the clinic itself was fine about the fact the first one hadn’t been cancelled.
