Follow up session with Asena to work on getting knots out and to loosen up my tight shoulders. Excellent advice and suggestions to help improve mobility outside of the session as well.

I have been here numerous times now and every time I’ve been, the staff are wonderful and so attentive. They discuss every problem I have and target it, then tell me how to manage it on my own. Highly highly recommend
