Didn't get a particularly warm welcome at reception and then as lovely as the masseuse was, she told me I could have £5 off my next massage if I left a review, "but it has to be 5 stars and you have to say my name in it" - which may be their rules but I thought that was a really odd thing to say halfway through a massage!
