I booked 8am, the receptionist was late so I had to wait outside.When she came they asked to rebook my appointment which was inconvenient.In the end they moved the next client but the experience was ruined.The room was cold and massage was aggressive

I booked a super deep massage and get maybe deep massage. Daisy didn't understand me at first when she asked me questions (5-10 minutes for that), because when I said I wanted a back massage, it meant the whole back. At the beginning of the massage, Daisy focused on shoulder and when I asked about full back she didn't seem happy about it. I didn't feel comfortable at all. The exercises are nice and the feedback about what to do to get better was really nice. Just don't recommend the massage.

I like that therapist told me that our goal is to reduce the number of massages so that I will feel good on my own.
